About Community Connection Day
Community Connection Day is a vibrant outdoor pop-up market designed to celebrate and support individuals with special needs and disabilities, and everyone who loves them. The event highlights small businesses, service providers, and entrepreneurs/small business owners with lived-experience who serve or belong to this community.
Organized by Meghan Graham, the founder of the former Special Needs Resource Centre, Community Connection Day is the reincarnation of the beloved annual "Family Fun Day" that brought the disability community together at a meaningful and inclusive event.

💡 What’s the Collect & Connect Challenge?
It’s our fun, interactive way to explore the event! Attendees collect stamps or signatures from participating vendor booths, each representing a unique activity, resource, or conversation. Complete your card and return it to Registration for a chance to win amazing prizes!
