About Community Connection Day
Community Connection Day is a vibrant outdoor pop-up market designed to celebrate and support individuals with special needs and disabilities, and everyone who loves them. The event highlights small businesses, service providers, and entrepreneurs/small business owners with lived-experience who serve or belong to this community.

Organized by Meghan Graham, the co-founder of the former Special Needs Resource Centre, Community Connection Day is the reincarnation of the beloved annual "Family Fun Day" that brought the disability community together at a meaningful and inclusive event.
